১. এই নীতি কাদের জন্য

এই নীতি SchoolZyne-এর দুটি অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপের জন্য। দুটিই CodeZyne Soft-এর পণ্য।

• Schoolzyne Student — প্যাকেজ com.codezyne.student_portal। স্কুল, কলেজ বা মাদ্রাসা যে শিক্ষার্থীকে অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়েছে, সেই শিক্ষার্থী বা অভিভাবক এটি ব্যবহার করেন।
• Schoolzyne Teacher — প্যাকেজ com.codezyne.teacher_portal। প্রতিষ্ঠান যে শিক্ষককে অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়েছে, সেই শিক্ষক এটি ব্যবহার করেন।

অ্যাকাউন্ট কেউ নিজে খোলেন না। প্রতিষ্ঠান সফটওয়্যারে নাম যোগ করলে তবেই অ্যাপে লগইন করা যায়।

২. শিক্ষার্থী অ্যাপে আমরা কী তথ্য দেখি

• অ্যাকাউন্ট। নাম, শিক্ষার্থী আইডি, ভর্তি নম্বর, ফোন, ইমেইল, শ্রেণি, শাখা, রোল, ছবি এবং প্রতিষ্ঠান যে ঠিকানা রেখেছে। পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ করে রাখা হয়, খোলা অবস্থায় নয়।
• পড়ালেখার তথ্য। হাজিরা, রুটিন, পরীক্ষা, রেজাল্ট, হোমওয়ার্ক, নোটিশ, লাইব্রেরি এবং ছুটির আবেদন — যেগুলো স্কুল সফটওয়্যারে রেখেছে।
• ফি। বকেয়া ও ইনভয়েস। স্কুল ফি পরিশোধ করলে পেমেন্ট পেজটি ShurjoPay-এর। কার্ড বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিংয়ের পুরো নম্বর আমরা অ্যাপে সংরক্ষণ করি না।
• পড়ার প্রশ্ন। অটো প্রশ্নোত্তরে যা লেখা হয়, সেই লেখা আমাদের সার্ভারে থাকে, যাতে পরে আবার দেখা যায়। ছবি দিয়ে প্রশ্ন করলে সেই ছবিও যায়।
• মাইক। কথা বলে প্রশ্ন করতে চাইলে মাইক্রোফোন লাগে। কথা লেখায় বদলে যায়। সেই লেখাটাই সার্ভারে পাঠানো হয়।
• ক্যামেরা ও গ্যালারি। প্রোফাইল ছবি বা প্রশ্নের ছবি তুলতে বা বেছে নিতে। না চাইলে এই অনুমতি না দিলেও বাকি অ্যাপ চলে।
• নোটিফিকেশন। স্কুলের খবর এবং অ্যাপ আপডেটের বার্তা দেখাতে।
• ফোনে রাখা তথ্য। লগইন টোকেন ও নির্বাচিত স্কুলের কোড ফোনেই থাকে, যাতে বারবার পাসওয়ার্ড দিতে না হয়।

শিক্ষার্থী অ্যাপ জিপিএস লোকেশন, ফোনের কন্ট্যাক্ট, এসএমএস বা বিজ্ঞাপনের আইডি নেয় না। বিজ্ঞাপন দেখায় না এবং তথ্য বিক্রি করে না।

৩. শিক্ষক অ্যাপে আমরা কী তথ্য দেখি

• অ্যাকাউন্ট। নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন, কর্মী পরিচয়, স্কুলের নাম এবং প্রোফাইল ছবি। পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ করে রাখা হয়, খোলা অবস্থায় নয়।
• কাজের তথ্য। শিক্ষক যে হাজিরা দেন, হোমওয়ার্ক, পরীক্ষার নম্বর, প্রশ্নব্যাংক এবং শিক্ষার্থীর প্রশ্নের উত্তর। প্রশ্নব্যাংকে লেখা, একটি ছবি বা একটি পিডিএফ থাকতে পারে।
• জরুরি বার্তা। শিক্ষক জরুরি বার্তা পাঠালে সেটি সেই স্কুলের প্রশাসকের কাছে যায়।
• ক্যামেরা, গ্যালারি ও ফাইল। নিজের ছবি বা প্রশ্নের ছবি ও পিডিএফ দিতে। না চাইলে এই অনুমতি না দিলেও বাকি অ্যাপ চলে।
• নোটিফিকেশন। স্কুলের খবর দেখাতে।
• ফোনে রাখা তথ্য। লগইন টোকেন ও নির্বাচিত স্কুলের কোড ফোনেই থাকে, যাতে বারবার পাসওয়ার্ড দিতে না হয়।

শিক্ষক অ্যাপ জিপিএস লোকেশন, মাইক্রোফোন, ফোনের কন্ট্যাক্ট, এসএমএস বা বিজ্ঞাপনের আইডি নেয় না। অ্যাপের ভেতরে পেমেন্ট নেয় না, বিজ্ঞাপন দেখায় না এবং তথ্য বিক্রি করে না।

৪. তথ্য কেন ব্যবহার হয়

লগইন চেনা, স্কুলের দেওয়া পড়ালেখা ও ফি দেখানো, প্রশ্নের উত্তর তৈরি করা, নোটিশ জানানো এবং পুরনো ভার্সন হলে Play Store-এ আপডেটে নেওয়ার জন্য। শিক্ষক অ্যাপে হাজিরা, হোমওয়ার্ক, নম্বর, প্রশ্ন এবং জরুরি বার্তা সেই স্কুলের কাজে রাখা হয়। আপডেট চেক করতে অ্যাপ নিজেই নিজের ভার্সন দেখে। তার জন্য আলাদা কোনো ব্যক্তিগত প্রোফাইল বানানো হয় না।

৫. কার সাথে ভাগ হয়

• আপনার প্রতিষ্ঠান। শিক্ষার্থী ও শিক্ষকের রেকর্ড সেই স্কুলের নিজস্ব ডাটাবেসে থাকে। স্কুল প্রশাসন নিজের শিক্ষার্থী ও শিক্ষকের তথ্য দেখতে পারে। অন্য স্কুল দেখতে পারে না।
• OpenAI। শুধু শিক্ষার্থী অ্যাপের পড়ার প্রশ্ন ও প্রয়োজন হলে ছবি উত্তর তৈরির জন্য OpenAI-এর এপিআইতে যায়। বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য নয়। শিক্ষক অ্যাপের তথ্য OpenAI-এ পাঠানো হয় না।
• ShurjoPay। শুধু শিক্ষার্থী অ্যাপে স্কুল ফি পরিশোধের সময়। টাকার হিসাব তাদের পেমেন্ট পেজে হয়।
• Google। দুটি অ্যাপই Play Store থেকে আসে। শিক্ষার্থী কথা বলে প্রশ্ন করলে ফোনের স্পিচ সার্ভিস লেখা বানাতে পারে।

৬. শিক্ষার্থী, অভিভাবক ও শিক্ষক

শিক্ষার্থী অ্যাপ স্কুলগামী শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য, যাদের মধ্যে নাবালকও থাকতে পারেন। শিক্ষক অ্যাপ প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্মীদের জন্য। অ্যাকাউন্ট স্কুল তৈরি করে। আমরা এই তথ্য দিয়ে বিজ্ঞাপন দেখাই না এবং কাউকে বিক্রি করি না। ভুল তথ্য, দেখা বা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ অভিভাবক বা শিক্ষক স্কুলের কাছে করতে পারেন। স্কুল না পারলে নিচের ইমেইলে লিখুন।

৭. কতদিন রাখা হয়

যতদিন শিক্ষার্থী বা শিক্ষক সেই প্রতিষ্ঠানের হিসাবে থাকেন এবং প্রতিষ্ঠান SchoolZyne ব্যবহার করেন। প্রতিষ্ঠান অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করলে বা মুছে ফেলতে বললে আমরা সেই অ্যাপ অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট রেকর্ড সরিয়ে দিই, আইন বা হিসাবের বাধ্যবাধকতায় যা রাখতে হয় তা ছাড়া। ফোন থেকে অ্যাপ মুছলে ফোনে রাখা লগইন তথ্যও চলে যায়।

৮. নিরাপত্তা

লাইভ সাইটে সংযোগ এনক্রিপ্টেড। পাসওয়ার্ড হ্যাশ করা। প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের ডাটাবেস আলাদা। তার পরও ইন্টারনেটের কোনো ব্যবস্থাই পুরোপুরি ঝুঁকিমুক্ত নয়।

৯. নীতি বদলালে

এই পাতাই হালনাগাদ হবে এবং উপরে তারিখ বদলাবে। অ্যাপ ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে নতুন নীতি মেনে নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে ধরা হবে।

1. Who this covers

This policy covers two Android apps from SchoolZyne by CodeZyne Soft.

• Schoolzyne Student, package com.codezyne.student_portal. The school, college, or madrasa creates the student account. A student or parent uses it.
• Schoolzyne Teacher, package com.codezyne.teacher_portal. The institution creates the teacher account. The teacher uses it for class work.

Nobody opens an account inside the app. Login works only after the institution adds the person in the software.

2. Information the student app uses

• Account. Name, student ID, admission number, phone, email, class, section, roll, photo, and any address the school stored. Passwords are stored as a hash, not in plain text.
• School records. Attendance, timetable, exams, results, homework, notices, library, and leave requests that the school keeps.
• Fees. Due amounts and invoices. School-fee checkout is handled by ShurjoPay. The app does not store full card or mobile-banking numbers.
• Study questions. Text sent to the in-app tutor is stored on our server so the student can read it again. An optional photo sent with a question is stored and processed the same way.
• Microphone. Only if the student chooses to speak a question. Speech is turned into text, and that text is what we receive.
• Camera and photos. Only if the student takes or picks a profile photo or a question image. The rest of the app works if these permissions are denied.
• Notifications. School notices and a local notice when the installed app must be updated.
• On the device. A login token and the selected school code, so the student is not asked for the password every time.

The student app does not collect GPS location, contacts, SMS, or advertising IDs. It does not show ads and does not sell personal information.

3. Information the teacher app uses

• Account. Name, email, phone, staff identity, school name, and profile photo. Passwords are stored as a hash, not in plain text.
• Class work. Attendance the teacher marks, homework, exam marks, question-bank items, and replies to student questions. A question may include text, one photo, or one PDF.
• Emergency message. If the teacher sends an urgent note, it goes to that school’s administrators.
• Camera, photos, and files. Only to set a profile photo or to attach a question image or PDF. The rest of the app works if these permissions are denied.
• Notifications. School notices.
• On the device. A login token and the selected school code, so the teacher is not asked for the password every time.

The teacher app does not collect GPS location, microphone audio, contacts, SMS, or advertising IDs. It does not take payments, show ads, or sell personal information.

4. Why we use it

To sign the person in, show the records their school published, answer a student’s study questions, deliver notices, and send them to the Play Store when their installed version is no longer allowed. In the teacher app, attendance, homework, marks, questions, and emergency notes are kept for that school’s work. The update check compares the app’s own version with a minimum we publish. It is not used to build an advertising profile.

5. Who receives it

• The person’s school. Student and teacher records stay in that school’s own database. School staff can see their own students and teachers. Another school cannot.
• OpenAI. Only study questions from the student app, and a photo when the student attaches one, are sent to the OpenAI API to produce an answer. Not for advertising. Teacher-app content is not sent to OpenAI.
• ShurjoPay. Only while a school fee is being paid in the student app. Payment details are entered on their page.
• Google. Both apps are distributed on Google Play. A spoken student question may be transcribed by the device speech service.

6. Children, parents, and teachers

The student app is for enrolled students, who may be minors. The teacher app is for school staff. Accounts are created by the school. We do not use this information for advertising and we do not sell it. A parent or a teacher can ask the school to review, correct, or delete the records. If the school cannot help, email us at the address below and we will direct the request to that school or delete the app account we control.

7. How long we keep it

While the student or teacher remains on the school’s roll and the school uses SchoolZyne. When the school closes the account or asks us to delete it, we remove that app account and related records, except what we must keep for law or accounting. Uninstalling the app removes the login token stored on the phone.

8. Security

The live site is served over an encrypted connection. Passwords are hashed. Each school has a separate database. No internet service can promise that a breach is impossible.

9. Changes

We will update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after that means the new policy applies.
